Flower Essence Session

We will begin by discussing any medical history or pertinent information such as allergies, etc.  We will review your goals for this and any ongoing sessions and discuss what is your current “baseline.”

Working together to address your specific needs, I will select and test flower essences using a variety of methodologies to determine which is most appropriate for your current state of imbalance.
 

You will leave with a one-ounce flower essence combination and a personalized flower essence report.

1. Are flower essences safe to use?

Flower essences are vibrational in nature. Because of how they are created, they contain very little plant matter. They are homeopathic remedies, meaning they are non-toxic and have no direct impact on the body’s biochemistry. Flower essences act on the etheric body, meaning they work with one’s spirit and emotions. 

2. How do I know the remedy is working?

Many people notice a subtle shift within a day of using a flower essence remedy. You may experience a lessening of symptoms or a sense of calm where before there was turmoil.  Occasionally one may experience a temporary worsening of symptoms, as flower essences excel at bringing awareness to the situation so that it can be faced and released. 

3. What if I am sensitive to alcohol?

Children, pets or adults with alcohol sensitivity can still benefit from flower essences. The remedies can be added to spray bottles for topical use.
