Also helps work on the 6th chakra to bring clarity of vision and discernment.

Chicory
Chicory flower essence offers a sense of freedom while being deeply rooted and grounded. It helps one to be grateful for what one has, not what one wants or doesn't have. When one is content, happy and "right-sized" with who and what one is, creativity can then come to the fore and take flight. This essence also helps balance the 3rd chakra in the sense of being stronger in yourself and who you are, staying true to yourself and being able to face anything with equanimity, grace, modesty and humbleness.

Dogwood (Pink)
Joy. Expansiveness of spirit. Joy in being alive. The incredible lightness of being. Healing for heart. Supports the soul's journey with joy and love. Universal love. Happiness. Not a grief remedy, but an antidote to doom & gloom. Not an antidote to depression but more an antidote to negativity of spirit. Brings joy to life & the Creator into one's heart to lighten one's load.

This essence was created with both white and pink dogwood blossoms infused together. Helps with alignment of will, spirit and soul's purpose. From a shamanic perspective, this essence helps with psychopomp work.
Double Mock Orange Blossom
This flower essence offers childlike innocence, hope and joy to the spirit. It lightens one's heart. The sight of the blooms and it's heavenly scent most often bring a smile to one's face. One of our favorite essences, Double Mock Orange Blossom reminds us to choose joy in our daily lives.
Forsythia
It is a 3rd chakra plant. It cloaks and protects one's inner light, allowing it to shine in safety. Helps one learn to follow one's gut instinct and trust one's intuition. Helps with discernment, to see people as they are not as they appear. Helps to see clearly via gut instinct and to rely on it. Everyone has an inner light, not everyone lets it shine. There is potential in everyone and everything. There is Divine in everyone and everything.
Ghost Pipe Ghost Pipe flower essence allows us to stand beside and bear our pain. This flower essence works on both the first and seventh chakras, meeting the individual at their own level. In first chakra balancing, it helps ground those who can't find their way. But for those who seek to know their fears and conquer them, Ghost Pipe will open the world to them - the 7th chakra. "I am the white light of The Creator in plant form." Offering hope to those who seek truth and are willing to do the work and face their fears, Ghost Pipe works well as a companion essence to Mugwort. Lavender flower essence appeals and heals on multiple levels. It eases sorrow and stress, calms nerves, strengthens, and puts the heart back into one after a stressful time or shock. It promotes general well-being on all levels and raises one's vibrational energy to the optimal amount given where the person is emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually at that moment.
Lily of the Valley
Lightens the heart of the very serious. Joy! Brings back great memories from childhood. Happiness. Pure, joyful heart. Childlike innocence and happiness, much like Double Mock Orange blossom, except this is specific with Blue Vervain for a Type A personality. Blue Vervain will lighten their intensity; Lily of the Valley brings joy into a dark, grief-filled heart. This essence helps the grief-stricken remember the joy and happiness of the loved one without the pain and sorrow of the separation. It is a good overall remedy for sadness. It's gift is joy & peace. Peace of mind. Peace-filled heart. Love & joy.
Moonflower Flower
Moonflower is the night-time version of the Morning Glory. Both are in the Sacred Datura family. It is ultra-feminine, relating to both the female reproductive system and the moon. The scent of a Moonflower is both seductive and intoxicating, and this flower essence definitely captures that. It is a very powerful essence which helps in opening and balancing the second chakra. Once the second chakra is balanced, Moonflower travels upwards, balancing the remaining chakras until it exits the crown. It also aids with recovering from grief and brings a strong sense of peace. Because it is so powerful, it is best used at bedtime.
Morning Glory
Heart opens, calms, peace, clears. Serenity. Cleans heart chakra. Optimism, happiness, gladdens the heart when one sees it. Helps to connect with the ancestors. Part of the Sacred Datura family.
Mugwort
Our Mugwort flower essence was created during a Blue Moon. A blue moon is the second full moon of a single month and, yes, it only happens once in a Blue Moon!
Mugwort aids with dreaming and is the ruler of Dreamwork. The mystery of the moon is in its scent. On the underside of its leaves is found the magic of the silver light of the moon. Mugwort is of this world but not really. It is a bridge to your dream-self. You may use this essence as the bridge to cross back and forth between the physical world and the fairy world, the world of spirit and dreams. We recommend using this essence before bedtime rather than during the day.
Pink Lady's Slipper
“I am the Guardian of the Forest. Who will guard for me if I become extinct?” A good question and a reminder that we humans must be mindful of our green friends, not to destroy our wooded areas or over-harvest as was the case with the Lady's Slipper orchids back in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. These beauties are now endangered. This essence was made in a different way, to respect the fragility of the plant. The plant wasn't disturbed; rather the bowl with the water was set close to it, so the flower pointed into the bowl. This is the most respectful way to create a flower essence with an endangered species.
This essence offers much: peace, gentleness, soothing, calming, Sacred Mysteries, quiet, shy, retiring, secret. Old Wisdom - Wisdom of Mother Earth, the Divine Feminine, help with sexuality for both men and women, help with impotency and frigidity. Helps one develop a healthy expression of sexuality. Beauty. Follow your heart. Follow your dreams.
Pond Pine
I found this tree growing where for all intents and purposes it had no business being. High on a rocky top, not near water, there it was. Leaning sideways, as is typical for a Pond Pine, it has weathered many storms and harsh conditions, yet is thriving. Grounded in earth, yet reaching for the sky, this tree looks soft, but isn't. A purifying essence for clearing, akin to White Mountain Sage, its essence offers resilience and fortitude.
Pussy Willow
This essence offers resilience and flexibility. It is the promise of a new beginning when everything is full and about to burst forth - the anticipation of a birth. It reminds one to just be, in the here and now, flexible with what life throws at one. It offers much harnessed energy, waiting to spring forth. This is a very Zen essence as it holds both the elements of earth and water in perfect balance. Yes, there is an abundance of energy, but it is not wasted because the earth element brings groundedness, which is coupled with the flexibility of the water element, in perfect harmony.
Redwood
Grounding. Resilience, stillness. True equanimity as a result of seeing the big picture, and putting matters into their proper perspective. Watchfulness. Far-sightedness. Joy in simply being alive, regardless of circumstances. Imagine the perspective you would have if you stopped thinking about every little detail that was going on today in your life, but rather focused on the multitude of days you are granted in your lifetime. That's the perspective offered by the Redwood.
Rosa Rugosa
There's an alchemy between Rosa Rugosa and the sea which enables rosa rugosa to balance out negative ions physically, release grief & transmute negative vibrations into love/compassion. Rosa rugosa is love. Raises negative vibrations. Purifies heart. Rose petals are soft & can soften the heart. The thorns offer protection. Rose glycerite is an amazing remedy for grief. This is a beautiful essence and plant. To ease your heart, visit the Rose spirit. You can do this by meditating on the rosa rugosa either while taking its essence or holding it in your hand.
Siberian Squill
Each Spring, Siberian Squill clusters together, making a beautiful deep blue carpet for a short time. The essence offers the rite of Survivorship, reminding us that there is strength in numbers and fellowship. Quiet and gentle, the strength of the Squill is the proof of the renewal of life after a long winter. This essence also helps with new beginnings and endeavors, offering courage to see something through when you might be afraid to start or continue.
Spur Valerian
Aids in forbearance. Helps let go of old, outmoded relationships or habits, making way for something new and more appropriate to who you are today. This is the essence to reach for when deep patterns are shifting. It is very earthy and offers support during a time of deep change and transformation.
Wild Violet
This essence helps with making peace with the past and letting go of regrets. Acceptance is sometimes a difficult journey, but wild violet can help one get to a place of heart's ease and help clear and open both the heart and throat chakras. It also aids in dispelling long-held grief. One of the major messages which came through in my journeys for people who need this essence was that every step on your path has brought you to this place. Accept it, acknowledge it, release it. A great meditation to use with this essence is to invite the spirit of the wild violet into your meditation, breathe in sunshine and joy; breathe out grief and regret.
Woody Nightshade
This plant is part of our Shamanic set. This essence helps the shamanic practitioner straddle both ordinary and non-ordinary reality while maintaining clear vision in both. This plant also helps with addictions, but must be used with caution. It has been misused through the ages.
